Payment Policy
Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase to reserve your seat.
All payments are non-refundable within 72 hours of the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because Thirsty Texan partners with a charter service that requires advance notice, our cancellation policy
follows the same 72-hour window:
Cancellations made 72+ hours before the tour:
You may cancel your ticket up to 72 hours before the tour.
You will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees charged by your payment provider
Transfers
Tickets are transferable to another guest up to 72 hours before the tour.
To request a transfer, please email info@thirstytexanthrifttours.com with the new guest’s name and
contact information.
Transfers cannot be accommodated within 72 hours of the tour
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour:
Tickets become non-refundable.
No credits, transfers, or rescheduling can be offered once we are within the 72-hour window.
No shows are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: info@thirstytexanthrifttours.com
A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation has been processed.
